Starting Rates
A $250 security fee may be applied based on the size and nature of the event.
Non Weddings
*Does not include mandatory cleaning and service fees
- Monday – Thursday: $300/hour
- Friday – Sunday: $300/hour (before 4 PM) | $500/hour (after 4 PM)
Weddings & Receptions:
Starting at $7,250 (includes):
- 8-hours venue rental
- Private bridal suite
- Up to 100 Chiavari or resin chairs
- Round or rectangular tables
- Security & on-site staff
- Professional cleaning

50% Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Absolutely! We welcome outside catering, beverages, and custom décor to help bring your vision to life. Just be sure to follow our venue policies regarding licensing and insurance.
Our space comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests seated and 200 standing, depending on your event setup. Capacity may vary slightly based on your layout (banquet, cocktail-style, etc.), so feel free to reach out if you need help planning your floor plan.

Yes—wheelchair accessibility is available upon request. If any guests have mobility needs, please let us know in advance so we can ensure smooth and comfortable access for everyone.
We understand that events sometimes run longer than expected. In the case of overtime, additional hourly fees will apply. To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend reserving extra time if your schedule is tight or flexible.
